Sales and Refunds

Payments. All course fees are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Payment is due at registration and is processed securely by our payment provider; Tibora AI Institute does not store your card details. Where an installment plan is offered, each installment is due on its scheduled date, and continued course access requires payments to be current.

Refund window. You may request a full refund at any time from registration through the end of the first week of class (7 calendar days from the official cohort start date). This gives you a full week to attend live sessions, meet the instructor, and review the material before committing.

After the first week. Once the first week of class has ended, fees are non-refundable. The one exception: if a documented technical failure on our part prevents you from accessing the course entirely and we cannot resolve it, we will refund the unused portion of your fees.

How to request a refund. Email programs@tibora.ai from the email address you registered with, including your full name and the course name. We confirm requests within 2 business days.

Processing time. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cohort changes. If a cohort is canceled, or its start date moves by more than 14 days, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next cohort.
